I can't sign in. What should I do?
Try signing in with the same email address and sign-in method you used to create your account. If you still can't get in, email us and describe the error you see.
I can't open a shared list.
Ask the person who shared the list to check that you still have access and send you the link again. If the list was shared directly with your account, sign in with the email address it was shared with.
How do I get help with my subscription?
Email us with the address linked to your account. For an organisation subscription, include the organisation's name and describe your question about the subscription or payment.
